Measurement of Change
I commit to a feedback-informed, evidence-based treatment approach. I use two brief self-report scales to gather real-time feedback on your counselling experience and progress during each session. This helps me ensure that our therapeutic alliance remains strong, identify any discrepancies from previous sessions, and address your current needs. This feedback also allows me to adjust my treatment approach and understand how you perceive my role as your therapist.
Offering Clinical Supervision
I offer evidence-based, respectful, and collaborative clinical supervision infused with diversity. I have formal training in this area and meet regularly with a qualified professional. If you’re interested in a supervisory relationship with a therapist who shares your treatment philosophies, let’s discuss this opportunity. You can also speak with my current supervisees to learn about their experiences.
